agreement linked above is effective July 1, 2025. If you have any questions about specific policies or provisions in the rental agreement, please call our office at <a href=\"tel:+15415526371\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">541-552-6371<\/a> and we would be happy to assist you.<\/p>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><strong>Rental Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of January 2026,\u00a0 there is a fee applied to all online credit and debit card payments. To ensure you have the most cost-effective experience, there are several payment methods that do not incur additional fees.<br \/>\nThe following four options allow you to pay your\u00a0SAFH\u00a0rent without a processing fee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Online eCheck:<\/b>\u00a0You may pay online using your bank\u2019s routing and account numbers.<\/li>\n<li><b>In-Person\u00a0Card\u00a0Payments:\u00a0<\/b>Credit\u00a0or debit\u00a0card\u00a0payments made in person at the University Housing Main Office do not incur a fee. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li><b>Personal Check:<\/b>\u00a0Please deliver checks to the University Housing Main Office located in Greensprings. (7 days a week 8 am-8 pm)<\/li>\n<li><b>Certified Check or Money Order:<\/b>\u00a0These may be dropped off at the University Housing Main Office in Greensprings.\u00a0 (7 days a week 8 am-8 pm)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Important Note:<\/b>\u00a0University Housing cannot take tuition or other fee payments. You should receive an email within 7 business days stating whether your payment plan has been approved or denied.<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note that an approved payment plan does not remove a monthly late fee of $100.00.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Petition a Policy<\/strong><br \/>\nAll residents in Student Apartments &amp; Family Housing may petition an exception to the SAFH Rental Agreement, the Policy and Procedure Booklet or other SAFH policies. All petitions will be decided in a timely manner.
