Council members\u2019 three-year terms of service are staggered to ensure continuity of leadership within the organization. Co-chairs Ginny Blankinship and Anne Coleman.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finance Committee<\/strong> &#8211; The Finance Committee provides financial guidance and oversight for OLLI at Â鶹´«Ã½ with the goal of ensuring the long-term financial stability of the organization. Chair Myrna Hall.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fundraising Committee<\/strong> &#8211; The Fundraising Committee supports the annual and long-range financial goals of OLLI at Â鶹´«Ã½ through member and public charitable giving and fundraising events. Chair Dwight Wilson.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Membership Committee <\/strong>&#8211; The Membership Committee formulates strategies to recruit new members, retain existing members, and promote OLLI at Â鶹´«Ã½ in the Rogue Valley and Southwest Oregon. Co-chairs needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Programs and Activities Committee<\/strong> &#8211; The Programs and Activities Committee recruits and supports presenters and hosts for a variety of one-time and recurring programs and activities at OLLI at Â鶹´«Ã½. Chair Karla Langland.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leadership Development and Recruitment Committee<\/strong> &#8211; The Leadership Development and Recruitment Committee leads OLLI at Â鶹´«Ã½\u2019s effort to identify, recruit, and orient committed volunteers to assume leadership roles as Council directors and committee chairs.
