He brings with him an extensive experience in legislative issues, federal strategy and fundraising to advocate for the needs of the university, its students, faculty, staff, and the region. Marc joined Â鶹´«Ã½ in February 2024 after a long career with Oregon state government that included the Oregon Legislature, Governor\u2019s Office, and state agencies such as the Oregon Employment Department, Department of Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority where he spent 12 years developing expertise in health care workforce development.
