Whether you’re majoring, earning a micro-credential or certificate, or just taking a language class as part of your BS/BA degree, there are many reasons to develop language fluency and cultural competence in our classes. The Spanish and ASL Program at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ exposes students to new cultures through language learning, equipping them with a vital skill set for personal and professional life.
The ability to speak a second language will make you marketable in a global environment and allow you to connect and communicate across cultures. Language classes provide excellent options for students majoring in nearly any field, in particular: Health Care, Education, Psychology, Business, Communications, History, Economics, Outdoor Adventure and Leadership, and Theatre Arts.
