Application
You should apply as early as you can but only apply after you have been admitted to Â鶹´«Ã½ and have activated your Â鶹´«Ã½ email account. All students who apply for Student Apartments & Family Housing will be charged a $35 non-refundable application fee when being considered for an apartment. An application fee is not required if there are no available units and you are only being placed on a waiting list.

Check-In Procedure
Upon being accepted for an apartment or house, you will receive a confirmation email in your Â鶹´«Ã½ email account. That email will contain the details of your reservation (full address, move-in costs, required documentation, etc.). Your move-in payment MUST be in the form of a certified check or money order. Failure to provide all required documentation and/or pay your move-in costs on the day of check-in may result in your inability to take possession of the unit.

Check-Out Procedure

The Student Apartments & Family Housing Rental Lease generally runs from July 1 to June 30th each year. Unless you are graduating from Â鶹´«Ã½, you cannot break your lease without a financial penalty. If you choose to, you may submit the following form to break your lease and be charged an early termination fee of one-and-one-half month’s rent.
